AI Act Navigator is an educational directory and software discovery portal. The contents, checklists, timelines, and assessment outputs do not constitute legal advice, regulatory certifications, or formal conformity assessments under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Organizations must consult qualified legal counsel for binding compliance determinations.

2. Editorial Independence & Sponsored Placements

We clearly disclose commercial sponsorships. Paid placements are offered as the Founding Vendor Placement at $499 for 12 months, paid once with no automatic renewal. Paid placement is a visibility product and does not affect requirement mappings, evidence verification, editorial conclusions, or legal/regulatory determinations. Any Navigator-highlighted profiles that are not paid placements are editorial selections and are not sponsored.

3. Lead Magnet & Email Resources

The EU AI Act Readiness Quick Assessment is provided as an informational resource. Requesting the assessment does not create a legal, advisory, consulting, or client relationship. Optional email updates are sent only where the visitor has actively selected the update consent option.

4. Independent Verification

Software capabilities, pricing tiers, and certification records are compiled from publicly available vendor documentation. Prospective buyers must independently audit and verify vendor claims before procurement.
