1. Data Controller & Data Collection
Data controller: The legal controller identity and address must be completed in the site production configuration before commercial launch. The published contact channel is aiactnavigator@gmail.com.
AI Act Navigator does not require account creation, login credentials, or user registration. We do not store personal profiles, financial details, or sensitive personal data on our servers.
2. Privacy-Preserving Web Analytics
We may use Vercel Web Analytics to measure site usage. The service is designed to operate without cookies and may collect limited analytics information such as page views, referrer information, device/browser characteristics, and approximate geographic information. Analytics is not used here as an advertising profile.
3. Lead Magnet & Email Delivery
If you request the EU AI Act Readiness Quick Assessment, we collect the email address you provide and, if supplied, your first name. The email address is used to deliver the requested assessment. If you separately opt into updates, it is also used for the short AI Act Navigator resource sequence. Email delivery is handled through the configured email service provider. We do not use this form to collect sensitive personal data.
You can request deletion or correction of your submitted email information by contacting aiactnavigator@gmail.com. Optional update emails include an unsubscribe route.
4. Interactive Decision Engine & Clipboard Tools
All decision engine assessments, vendor comparisons, and clipboard memo exports run entirely client-side within your browser runtime. Assessment answers are not transmitted to or stored in any remote database unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.
5. Outbound Links & Vendor Verification
This directory provides outbound links to third-party software vendors. When navigating to external sites, their respective privacy policies and terms of service govern data handling.
