1. Data Controller & Data Collection
Data controller: AI Act Navigator, operated by its independent operator. Privacy and data-protection requests can be sent to aiactnavigator@gmail.com.
AI Act Navigator does not require account creation, login credentials, or user registration. We do not store personal profiles, financial details, or sensitive personal data on our servers.
2. Privacy-Preserving Web Analytics
The site offers optional Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 for basic usage measurement and product-improvement analytics. These analytics scripts are not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics”. Analytics is not used here to build an advertising profile. You can change this choice at any time using the analytics settings below.
3. Optional Lead, Report & Newsletter Requests
If you voluntarily request a report, vendor correction, featured-placement enquiry, or regulatory newsletter, we collect only the fields required for that request, such as your email address, company name and the supplied request details. The public static site does not intentionally store these submissions in its repository or browser storage.
When the deployment owner configures the optional lead endpoint, submissions are forwarded to the configured webhook or email provider. If that service is not configured, the site does not silently store the submission or claim that a server-side delivery succeeded; the public form instead offers a manual email fallback. Optional update emails include an unsubscribe route.
You can request deletion or correction of submitted contact information by contacting aiactnavigator@gmail.com. Do not submit sensitive personal data through these forms.
4. Interactive AI Act Assessment & Clipboard Tools
All assessment assessments, vendor comparisons, and clipboard memo exports run entirely client-side within your browser runtime. Assessment answers are not transmitted to or stored in any remote database unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.
5. Outbound Links & Vendor Verification
This directory provides outbound links to third-party software vendors. When navigating to external sites, their respective privacy policies and terms of service govern data handling.
