From software directory to decision layer
A transparent view of the catalogue's evidence completeness, technical readiness signals, requirement coverage and source-monitoring state. Scores describe the Navigator's data quality and product data signals; they do not determine legal compliance.
The catalogue is maintained as structured data
Each profile combines structured commercial data, requirement mappings, technical attributes, limitations and source-monitoring records. The operating model is designed to let a future owner refresh, audit and expand the catalogue without rebuilding the product.
Transparent signals
- Evidence completeness
- Technical readiness
- Requirement breadth
- Source health
- Editorial review state
No black-box ranking is used. A profile can be strong for one buyer and unsuitable for another.
Human-review profiles represent unavailable sources or material changes that cannot be safely auto-assured. Reachable non-material source changes are automatically classified and kept separate from source failures.
Find a complementary governance stack
Select a primary requirement. The stack builder uses the catalogue's existing requirement mappings and technical attributes; it does not claim that any vendor provides legal compliance by itself.
Vendor intelligence catalogue
Profile signal is a Navigator heuristic based on documented profile attributes. It is intended for discovery and prioritisation, not procurement approval or legal advice.
