Network status, hashes, structured evidence signals and freshness checks remain the primary controls. Optional semantic analysis can assist classification but cannot silently rewrite catalogue facts.
The review ledger records the vendor, monitored source, timestamp, previous and current hashes, detected change categories, decision and reason. A human-review queue is generated when the system cannot safely establish that a material claim remains valid.
Automated assurance is a data-quality control. It is not a legal certification, conformity assessment or statement that a vendor is legally compliant with the EU AI Act.
